Set within the contours of Mykonos, between the blue of the sea and the roughness of stone, Latypi Residence is a manifesto of serenity carved into the land. In this discreet dwelling, deeply rooted in nature, RCN’s minimalist windows create pure visual corridors where transparency reveals the silence and vastness of the surroundings. The pivoting entrance door EXP PIV invites you to cross the threshold into a space without boundaries—only light, clean lines, and a connection to the essential. Inside, a corner window opens to an intimate patio where a single olive tree stands with quiet elegance—a garden suspended between shadow and sun, where time slows. The expansive openings through the EXP 24 sliding system merge interior and exterior, allowing the gaze to reach the Aegean Sea without interruption. Technical elements fade away; what remains is the lightness of space, the natural rhythm of the terrain, and harmony between what is built and what is eternal.
